!!!!Warning!!!! I do NOT recommend purchasing from Lorna Jewelry! I ordered jewelry from Lorna Jewelry, & when it arrived, the quality was not what I expected or what was represented. I contacted them right away to request return instructions, as required by their return policy. Instead of providing clear return information, they continued sending vague & unhelpful emails. This went on until my return window expired, leaving me stuck with jewelry I am very unhappy with, & will NEVER wear! I feel extremely frustrated & disappointed. In my opinion, the product was poor quality, & their customer service made the return process unnecessarily difficult. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company. Keep copies of every email if you need to dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company.

The website is easy to use and user friendly. The follow up support brilliant (I queried with regards tracking and they got back to me immediately). The products arrived quickly and I simply love them (rings) - true to size and great quality. I will definitely be using them again. Absolutely great for gifts and totally affordable.
