PLEASE NOTE THE REVIEWS BELOW APPEAR TO BE FAKE. MANY POSTED ON THE SAME DAY AND EACH PERSON SAYING THE SAME THING AND ALL OF THE REVIEWERS HAVE ONLY POSTED ONCE. I also noticed an authentic reviewer stating the company keeps changing their name which they just have!!!! My experience: I’ve have been trying to purchase an item for a while now, the website has many issues. Customer service would half respond and not quite answer my questions and are now totally ignoring me (via Facebook messenger so I can see my message has been viewed). I finally got my order put through and then it was refunded... so I am pretty disappointed but also feel like I dodged a bullet!

Mala experiencia de compra ya paso un año y no me resolvieron el problema me dijeron que el precio era 600 pesos mexicanos y me cobraron 600 dólares realmente muy desepcionada y cabe mencionar que jamás llegó el producto no quisieron cancelar la compra ni atenderme

Totalmente negativa mi experiencia..los precios que aparecen publicados con un signo $ y que aparentan ser en pesos mexicanos son luego cobrados en dólares U$D.. llegando a ser un precio ridículo.. si bien en las Faqs dice que se cobra en esa moneda, la publicidad que hace es engañosa porque tendría que tener el símbolo U$D y en todo caso después de tantas quejas y estafas si realmente le preocupara su situación ya deberían haber cambiado el símbolo o dejarlo claro de mejor manera..pero no pasó esto y ante todas las preguntas de las usuarias sobre cuál es la moneda de cobro nunca contesta lo que debe contestar. No quiero que me llame ningún supervisor que jamás va a llamar, quiero que dejen de engañar a la gente!..

Just received item from an online purchase and couldn’t be more disappointed. The sizing is way off! I ordered a size medium (size up from my normal size Sm) and item fits like an XS. Arm doesn’t even fit through Sleeve. I made the mistake of not researching company before purchasing. I sent 3 messages to ty and return and no reply! I do not recommend this store!!!

Worst store, never order clothes here. They advertise as "FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING" and yes, it is free for them, you have to pay to receive your order! They charge their clothes in dollars, but they never put any currency sign to the amounts, you only know you are buying in dollars when they charge you and that would be OK if the clothes worth it but the quality is really bad! Of course, they do not have ANY policy for refund or returns... So you basically overpaid for cheap clothes and you get stuck with them.

I lost around $300 USD and has been almost a year and nobody is replying emails and I don’t have my money back. I received my product ONE month after ordering and the product was very cheap in quality, the stitches were lose, the fabric was cheap. Absolutely not worthy the 300 DLLS they charged me. I returned it, I received the full instructions from their Customer Service team and address to return it and they just disappeared. It has been months of sending emails and calling them and now I don't have any refund, nor the product. PLEASE RESEARCH this company online, there have bee multiple complaints even on the news. The woman who owns this company (you can search for her name) keeps changing the company’s name and address. —- EDIT: it’s been now almost a year and I haven’t got my money back, nor the product. Lost US$300+. No “supervisor” has called me at all. NEW EDIT: As of 3/1/2018, he store is actively trying to ban all owr reviews from this site, please SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE here, and if you find any useful review, mark it as useful with thumbs up.
