Everytime I login in my account my number just go down until I got -28 how the hell is it allowed?

I redeemed for two google play giftcards about two weeks ago and the codes never came and it just said code pending, so I emailed, dmed them on discord and sent a support ticket and they only responded once to tell me that my ip was high risk. They didn't tell me if would I ever get the reward and till this day I haven't received it. My advice don't use this website. Edit: I finally got the reward almost two months later.

Says my account is high risk and to contact support but support literally ignores all emails and tickets.

tbh its not a bad app it just sometimes there r too many cashing out so like I can't even redeem anything most times but other than that the app is still good.

100% works, I have been using this website for years now and haven't spent a penny on anything. I almost always earn my points as long as I do the task correctly, and I have never had a problem until now. Recently (December 2025 to now), the point redeems rarely go through, specifically for Robux. I have been able to redeem recently due to luck, but otherwise, I am met with an error. I suspect this is due to Christmas traffic, and will be fixed eventually.

"Too many users trying to cash in. Please try again in a moment." How many is "too many"? I'm from the other side of the world. Assuming most users are from the West, this shouldn't be possible. I get it if there are users awake at night, or from other parts of the world, but I CAN'T REDEEM! UPDATE: Now I'm getting the "Something has gone wrong so your points have been refunded" error. I'm starting to think they just don't want to give rewards anymore. I had such high hopes when I started. Such a waste of time.
