I would have given 0 stars if I could. Ordered a portable diesel heater and tracked the shipping, then it went somewhere else and said delivered but the product never made it to the state of Alaska. Wasted weeks of my patience and time when I really could have used the product. First time using this site and never will again.

To be clear, your parcel wasn't sent to the wrong address, but had the wrong tracking number added due to a mistake by our staff, which we clearly informed you about. We apologize for this error and this is indeed not the experience we strive to provide you with. Please note that this definitely did not take "weeks", you have contacted us 8 days after you placed your order, after which we investigated it together with you, fixed your tracking, and issued you a full refund immediately. Again, we fully realize our mistake, and we apologize for providing you with a negative experience in this case.
