Loopy CasesReviews of loopycases.com

Won't be using this company again. Why would you stock cases for really really OLD phones and not have cases for the newest models?? It's bizarre and they have no intention of stocking them. Makes NO SENSE.

Id give zero stars if i could. Paid $49 for thr vintage bloom case. The quality of this case is absolute trash!!! My $5 Temu case is stronger and better built. They charge you $5 to return , make you print a label as well. I paid $49.17 but i am only getting $37 a total rip off. Will NEVER recommend loopy to anyone.

I think there pure Crap

The Loopy case is cute and it was easy to put my phone in. I've had the case for over a year without issue or problem. I am very careful and dropped my phone once or twice in that time, no problem. 3rd time was not lucky for me! The phone fell out of my pocket while I was sitting on the floor, less than a foot, but about 1 cm of the upper corner completely shattered.

I have busted two phones using the loopy cases. I had to get a new one and literally the first day carrying my new phone dropped it with the loopy case on and the back shattered. I am so upset with the quality of these cases! DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

Have loved these products for years but the customer service has declined terribly. The return policy is horrible and customer service makes you jump through 20 hoops with multiple emails to even get to the point of return. Not only is it difficult to return a case but the tempered glass is supposed to be replaceable; however, only on a short timetable. The lack of good return or exchange programs has moved Loopy to the bottom of my recommendation list.

I've never cracked a phone in my life until I got a loopy case. Was so excited when it came in - I got the reflective pearl case. I think because of the loop creating an uneven shape on the back of the phone where the case is supposed to lay flat, I dropped my phone from my bed and the entire back of my phone is shattered. Telling everyone I know to avoid Loopy. Not enough protection and the loop on the back makes the case lop-sided.

I've been buying Loopy cases since they launched a kickstarter campaign, getting in on the ground floor, and have supported the company by purchasing cases for every phone I've bought since. I've also bought them as gifts for others, recommended them to everyone I know...I'm the ideal loyal customer. And I have no issues with the cases themselves; they're great, and, as advertised, I've never dropped a phone once since I've begun using them. My issue is with customer service. It's nonexistent. You can't reach a live person. And literally the ONE time I needed to request a change on an order -- not to the items (the site clearly states you can't make changes to an actually order after purchase, and I respect their right to that decision), but to the SHIPPING ADDRESS -- I was flatly denied. To be clear, this wasn't my mistake. The company's site doesn't even give you an option of entering an alternate shipping address after you enter your payment option, if you select PayPal or Apple Pay. It just automatically selects the address associated with those accounts and completes your order. I've shopped with PayPal countless times (literally, thousands of times), and I'm ALWAYS able to choose or change the shipping address after selecting PayPal as my payment option. Not on Loopy's site. And they don't care that my order is now going to the wrong address. After 13 years and countless cases, I'm done. They've proven that they just don't give a damn about my needs, not as long as they already have my money.
