(*^o^*) Broken straps are covered under their generous warranty. ***All the details: I am & have been a huge fan of LoopyCases since I learned of their existence years ago. <3 I needed them in my life. Maybe the middle of my hands have invisible holes? Things just seem to slip through my palms and drop 10x a day. I saw my first LoopyCase on ebay and jumped on it. It was new method to (hopefully?) preserve my phone screens. Let me tell you, I have thoroughly tested the protective features of these cases. There is a reason my mama didn’t name me ‘Grace’! Since that first one (for my iPhone 6? 8?) I’ve purchased them new, as I periodically upgraded my phone. I have had no problem exchanging a case if I decided I hated it. If the site shows ‘out of stock’ for an item you want, merely email them and they will sweep the warehouse for misplaced items, returns, cancelled orders, etc. to see if they can find a straggler. When I was considering buying a Loopy Green case, I couldn’t truly tell the color — since monitors are so different. I asked for a Pantone Color Code so I could match it exactly. They sent it within hours, and I was able to make an informed decision. Not sure what I do, but I tend to be a strap breaker. All I have to do is send them a photo of the broken strap, and I get a new one. Recently, my replacement strap broke. They asked for photos of the case as well this time. Due to ‘roughened edges’ around the holes, they are going to replace the entire case with one for the same purchase value of this one - $39.99. Free shipping. They no longer have this particular one in stock, but I was able to get the next closest thing. Loopy’s agents are responsive. Loopy’s agents are fast. Loopy’s agents are customer oriented. My best friend is now a LoopyCase owner. She says she has always had great interactions with customer service. Although much fewer interactions than I seem to have!

These are the best cases ever. I’ve ordered 6 cases over the past few years, all for iPhones, and I will never own another case again. Highly recommend! I used to drop my phone all the time and spent a fortune fixing screens. The loop allows me to hooky phone with a single finger and still use both my hands to carry groceries (or kids!).
