Terrible communication I thought I was signing up for a month to month basis to advertise a listing and without PROPER DISCLOSURE somehow they are saying that I am in a one year contract which I never agreed to. Horrible service, the marketing returns no business either. Please DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I could not be more unhappy
I could not be more unhappy with Loopnet's endless pointless keeping in touch calls, in spite of me repeatedly telling them to desist. Not listening to me, talking over the top of me when I try to speak, prolonging calls when I tell them I want to go. They've forced me to just hang up on them.

Stitched up for a 12 month contract…
Stitched up for a 12 month contract when it clearly stated 3 months on the sign up. Trading standards notified.

Useless platform with stale email lists and a predatory 60-day cancellation trap
LoopNet brags about wide exposure, but that exposure is highly ineffective. It is largely triggered by a stale, untargeted email list sent to many accounts that are completely uninterested or have already tried to cancel. In my case, LoopNet refused to honor my cancellation request in an apparent attempt to trap me into ongoing payments.
In June, well ahead of LoopNet's supposed "60-day notice period" for my 8/31/2026 renewal, I took action on two fronts: I logged into my online portal and successfully downgraded my subscription level from Silver to the free "Basic" tier, and I simultaneously contacted my account representative, Angelica, to ensure the cancellation was finalized.
LoopNet’s system subsequently overrode my choice and changed my account back to the paid Silver tier on their end without my consent. When Angelica replied on June 26, instead of processing the cancellation, she directed me to her supervisor, Brian. Brian then directed me to a separate email and customer service, who simply referred me back to Brian. I was given a complete runaround with no resolution.
I told them in no uncertain terms on June 26 that I wanted to cancel, that I would dispute any further charges, and that I would publicly share my experience. Despite my clear, timely written notice and my manual portal downgrade, they processed another unauthorized charge today. Brian keeps sending me emails asking if I am sure I want to cancel.
My recommendation: run away as fast as you can.

$700 per month
$700 per month, no legitimate leads, and all the leads are brokers. It’s way overpriced and produces no real leads.

Loop net is terrible
Loop net is terrible. Ive had an accout with the before Costar purchased them. (About 23 yrs) Costar gutted them. They are a shell of what they used to be. They will go intor your listing and make unauthorized changes. Customer service sucks. Im going to switch to Crexi.

Customer service is extremely bad
Customer service is extremely bad; they transfer you from one line to another. Also, I think they sold the accounts to local realtors so they can get more profit in each transaction. How do they charge you to upload the property to the web, then the realtor charges you extra for their commission.
