I never knew that such a site existed and I have been spending a boat load of money for ties that are not anywhere superior in quality. That's why I purchased a dozen. I will recommend Long Tie Store to my friends and acquaintances.

I am very impressed with my ties (5). The quality is very good. It is a true long tie and works very well if you are tall or have an 18" neck. The prices is very reasonable. Overall, you are hearing from one satisfied customer.

I have always had trouble getting ties that are long enough to tie a full windsor knot and not look too short. I happened to be on the internet one day and found the Long Tie Store. Their buy four, get the fifth tie free deal was too good to pass up. And on top of that, free shipping!

Married 33 years and always were limited to a few standard colors and patterns that had to go with the 52 Long sports coats. With coats that long you need to have ties that long to go with them. Your site certainly helps. I like seeing them matched with suggested trending, current shirts.

Hi Dawn, Thanks for your comments and suggestions. We are constantly looking for opportunities to improve. I think showing our ties paired with shirts is an excellent idea. We'll look into it. Thanks! Ben Owner, Long Tie Store

My husband is 6'4 and our son is way up there as well. My husband is the director in the radiology department at our local hospital. His position requires suits and ties. Suits I thought would have been the hardest to find and provide a nice fit. Oh no!! Ties, ties, ties. Why are there so many ties but there are very limited ties that properly fit an over a foot taller man than his wife? All those ties were useless to us. I actually do not know how we found the Long Tie Store. But, yahoo a miracle was found! It was fun picking from the large selection. I also wanted to make sure the ties are 100% silk, so I emailed the company and ta-daa THEY ARE!! Mail could not have been better when the package came. Beautiful silk ties that fit!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! We will be back for more! : )

Ordered 2 ties from them for my wedding & they shorted me one. No customer service phone available so I email them twice! It has been over a week now & still no response! Update 3/19/15 Ben got in contact with me promptly to explain an error in the company's email and came through with all he promised. The ties are of great quality and the customer service with a personal touch from Ben has won me over as a customer. I regret my earlier 1 star ranking, they are a 5 for sure. Thanks Ben!

Hi Ryan, I'm very sorry that we accidentally left out one of the ties on your order. We dropped the ball and I'm very sorry that it caused a problem for your wedding. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, so I take it very seriously when we fall short. I refunded your entire purchase and I am rushing the second tie to you. I hope that the wedding has not happened yet and that we can still get your second tie to you in time. I'm sorry for not receiving your email. I checked our system and have not seen an email from you. I will investigate how this communication hiccup happened. Thank you, Ben Jones CEO Long Tie Store
