Hi Terri, First of all, I'm very sorry for the delay with your ties. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service (including shipping) and we have not done that this time. We shipped your order out immediately after receiving your order, but USPS has been unusually slow with this particular package. We are investigating with USPS to see what the cause of the delay is. From tracking your package it appears that it should arrive in the next couple of days. But even though the problem was with USPS, we take full accountability for your experience with us from end to end. We guarantee a great experience, and we have fallen short this time, so I have refunded your entire purchase back to your credit card.
