Absolute cowboys. I ordered 2 4k POV action cameras with the accessories. I received 2 1080p ones and only two accessories (should be 11) I logged a complaint with PayPal. They offered my $10 compensation. I've returned them at a cost of £17 to me, but because I didn't receive PayPals email to escalate it, they closed it in the sellers favour. They are ignoring my emails now and I'm £92 out of pocket and no items to show for it.

Purchased a HW28 FIT Watch with blood glucose level readings capability as advertised by longforpeace on facebook. When I received the watch it did not have that capability and that was the only reason I purchased the watch. I asked the merchant through PayPal and they agreed to refund the full amount excluding shipping costs incurred and to ship back to China. The advertisement on facebook was false advertising, they should pay for the shipping cost to return the watch. Now I have a watch that does not track my blood glucose levels, which was the main reason I purchased the watch

This company never delivers the size of shoes you order and when you email with pictures of what size you ordered and what size you received they come back and say they’re warehouse says the item dispatched is align with what was ordered, yet it’s clearly by the pictures not, what to do

This company sell rubbish supported by really good photos. The clothes are horrible substandard and are not worth your trouble!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I ordered two pocket-sized self-flying cameras. Initially, I was excited about the product and its price, but that quickly changed. Firstly and most importantly, there were no cameras in the devices! I received pieces of plastic with no camera at all. Both the website and the box indicated there should be cameras included. Moreover, the drones looked completely different from the descriptions on the packaging and the website. I'm left with useless pieces of plastic worth almost 100 EUR/USD. I contacted customer service, sent photos of the problem, and provided all necessary information. They repeatedly claimed they sent the correct product and said returning it would cost me a lot of money. They ignored the fact that the cameras were missing, clearly visible in the photos. Additionally, the drones were supposed to have foldable sides, but these did not. They were flimsy and fragile, with no mobile holder for the controls. I haven't even tried to see if they can fly, as they seem incapable of doing so without the app and camera. To top it off, despite the title saying "buy 2 free shipping," I was still charged $14 for shipping. Do not buy here unless you want to (possibly) face the same issues.

Bought a Citizen watch, advertised as a solar powered, when it arrived it is not as advertised, yes as all solar powered watches are basically quartz but the one they delivered was a battery powered one. This was bought as a present for a good friend of mine who mentioned a eco drive style watch was his want. So never buy from this US style company actually based in China, Guang Dong. SCAMMERS AND CROOKS.
