I love the products at Longevity and would order more often if shipping costs were not so high. Shipping costs are MUCH higher on average than other similar sites I order from. They also mostly use FedEx, who, in this area is not a good carrier. We've had a lot of problems with them. So if I do order enough ($250) to get free shipping, I do not get to choose who the carrier is unless I call Support. Who wants to do that??? I order a lot over the Internet and would rather do it online. I would like the options of selecting lower cost shipping using UPS or USPS. That is my only complaint about Longevity. Others I've referred to Longevity have made the same comment and simply will not order due to the high cost of shipping.

The products are first quality but the shipping in inordinately expensive, both domestically and especially (for me) internationally. I understand that the products are expensive because they are high quality but it rankles to pay so much more for postage than at other sites.

Some prices I feel are too high....Only rich people can afford these products.

I order health related items from several other sources. I also use fed-ex and the post office for my personal needs. For these reasons I can say that while I like David Wolfe's products very much, I feel completely gouged by the charges for Longevity's shipping.

I wasn't able to complete order because stock ran out

The products are most excellent but the problem is the delay in processing orders and the shipping options are off the chart. Most vendors charge $4.99 shipping or have Free Shipping but Longevity charges $15- $20 just to ship 1 small item. Also, it takes them nearly a week just to process an order. Everywhere I else I shop for supplements ships the same day or the next day with overnight service and the shipping fee is $4.99 or less.

I love the product but do have to comparative shop and by what I can in local stores. The shipping and cost conversion is very expensive...even with the student discount I get through taking David's course.

I love the products and price for super quality products that I know I can trust. The only thing that is really disappointing every time I buy from you is the shipping time. I place an order and its several days until it actually leaves your business. Many times I have payed quite a bit extra for 3 days shipping and maybe even 2 but it just makes no difference. It will not stop me from ordering at least some products, but there are several times I have went another route because I knew shipping would be faster with others.
