Do not use these guys!!
Do not use these guys!!! They gave us a “guaranteed price” and then gouged us by $3K more upon arrival and then refused to load the truck until we paid that difference. Additionally, even after paying nearly $16,000 to move our four bedroom house, they were unable to give us a specific day when our stuff would arrive and we waited 5 days in our new house before our stuff actually showed up. Sales reps here have no idea what they’re talking about. I was told I wasn’t allowed to help load the truck because it was a “liability issue”even though our sales rep specifically told me I could. Then, when we unloaded I was allowed to help unload my own things. Honestly, I would rather move myself across the country by myself with a horse and buggy than use this slimy company ever again. Would not recommend!
