Not bad. Can't reach customer service though

I have used Londr a number of times now to do my family's laundry. Each time the results have been delightful! Laundry is clean, smells great, and folded well. I'm always amazed with how much time it really saves me.

Londr laundry service is extremely professional. since I’ve been using their service I'm not doing laundry anymore! Their washers always arrive on time to pick up clothes and return my clothing next day. I love the way that you can communicate with your washer through the app and text and they just wash your clothes in a exactly the instruction you give them. The clothes are returned clean and folded in Londr bag. My life have been completely changed since I'm using Londr app, I have more time to spend with my family and friends plus I'm not worried about doing laundry. Highly recommend!

My wife and I dread doing laundry and always feel like we're so behind! Londr is an awesome and convenient solution! The app is so easy to use and the bag is HUGE! Having our laundry cleaned and folded was SUCH a relief, we couldn't help but laugh as we pulled our folded clothes out of the bag and put them away while a laundry basket with week-old unfolded laundry still sat on our floor. Londr made our laundry SO easy and effortless.

I create a Londr order about once a week, and each time my laundry comes back quickly (< 24 hours) and well laundered. My washer is friendly, reliable, and goes above and beyond even mending my clothes at times! As a single-dad, the service is essential for my sanity, and relieves that "one more thing" I have to do each day.
