Ordered two. Not the same product as in the video advert. Didn't work. Contacted to return the items and were offered 50% refund as they were a 'low profit item' also we could keep them and either sell them or give them to family as gifts. I refused, so they requested a video of the problem, which I did. I pursued them through Paypal and was offered full refund , but had to pay return postage to China and that the items had to be in origional packaging and in as delivered condition, then inspected before any form of refund would be considered. Their 'no quibble 100% refund claim is rubbish. Don't have anything to do with this company.

They dont send what you order, you get sent something similar. I am waiting for a refund. Never order from them they need checking into with trading standards

Conmen, daylight robbing and dishonest people trying to earn a living from robbing hard working souls. Run when you see anything advertised, they promised to refund me £30 after a fake phone case, and l never received the money. I need my £40 back. I had numerous emails from Customer Service promising to refund. You will never become rich from robbing people. How do you even sleep at night.

Absolutely rubbish ordered car polish, scratch remover, received different from items shown in video ,does not work, e-mailed company no response, AVOID THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Worst Chinese company ever. Don't be fooled by the name. I keep asking them where my parcel is, and they keep replying in a total jumble of English words that don't make sense. Nobody speaks English. I'm guessing it's a scam and no parcel will ever arrive. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LONDONNK.COM
