Hi Wilsoncarter (name change) Your response fails to address my concerns or my request for a full refund. I do not accept that your cancellation policy overrides my statutory consumer rights where they apply. I requested cancellation promptly and remain dissatisfied with the way this matter has been handled. My concerns are reinforced by the current public record on Trustpilot, where Wilson & Carter has a TrustScore of approximately 1.2 out of 5 from more than 700 customer reviews. These reviews describe concerns similar to my own regarding product quality, returns and refunds. I appreciate that online reviews represent individual opinions, but they have significantly reduced my confidence in your company. I therefore request, for the final time, that you cancel my order and issue a full refund. If you refuse, I will pursue the matter through my card provider, report my concerns to the appropriate consumer protection bodies, and publish a truthful account of my own experience on public review platforms. I hope you will resolve this matter promptly and avoid the need for further action. Regards Gary

No issues. Instant withdrawal process.

Was going to write a bad review at first. Played around £140. Hardly any bonuses on games changed a few times and went on to big bass vegas won a good bonus off 50p. Upped it and got a grand off the feature around a quid a spin. Withdrew £950 and no word of a lie in my bank 2 mins instant withdrawal. Very good and got some good luck off the site. Cheers
