London Tower TicketReviews of london-tower-ticket.com

I booked through their website for the Tower of London on 04/10/2026 at 09:00 AM(Booking ID 8985722496). However As per the official Historic Royal Palaces (Tower of London) schedule, the Tower opens at 10:00 AM on Sundays. I could not make it due to my other schedules after this tour, and they are providing incorrect operating hours constitutes misrepresentation and breach of contract under Consumer Protection Regulations. I contacted them to request for a refund but they refused.

Scam!!! Don't by!

Absolutely gutted. Google put them at the top of my search results, and I didn't realise this wasn't the official site. Have ended up paying MORE than DOUBLE the cost it would have been if I'd booked direct through the official website, just for the inclusion of Audio Guides that we won't end up using. Don't make the same mistake as me.

This website buys Tower of London tickets from the official seller (Historic Royal Palaces) then resells them at extremely inflated prices. Go direct to the official page and get the same tickets at a far lower (and the cheapest) price.
