Hi, Due to a problem we experienced for the first time, we have determined that the information sent to you was incorrect due to our error. (For security purposes, we use a program to change passwords. Then we check the new passwords and add them to the stock. We were able to find out in the log files that it was an error caused by the program, albeit late). An e-mail has been sent to you regarding this issue. I hope you accept our apology.
