AMENDED was initially quite disappointed with the product not matching the design of what I ordered as well as the quality being lower than what I expected. After being in touch a refund was arranged. Customer service was very good.

Trash quality The quality is absolute trash you can see that they cut the fabric as it's so uneven and it's actually horrendous. Will be burning this shirt so disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, although we're genuinely sorry to hear about your disappointment with the quality of the shirt you received. Ensuring the highest quality products for our customers is of utmost importance to us, and we're deeply concerned that your experience did not meet our usual standards. We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. It's disheartening to learn that the fabric of the shirt was uneven and did not meet your expectations. This falls short of the quality we strive to deliver, and we take your feedback very seriously. We want to reassure you that all of our clients have a good reputation with us. If you had contacted us regarding this issue, we would have been more than happy to assist you and resolve the problem to your satisfaction. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback.

UPDATE: The company have since offered a refund so I have amended my score (thank you) The shop informed me that they do no accept returns for clothes that do not fit. This was not clear when I ordered and most companies do offer returns.
