By far the worst experience of my life. They lied about everything, I was missing items from my move and everything arrived 2 weeks after I got to my destination. I also got charged double what my quote was even though we tallied up each item in my home for the quote. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Complete liars. Lied about everything on my contract. They will habe you waive protection coverage and wrote down you packed items (that they actually packed). Please read your contract, because when he "read" it to me aloud, he lied on what was on there. Completely my ignorance for not reading. Careless. So many boxes were destroyed, glass items broken, TV broken. Jr was my mover. phone number 914-424-9439 hesa a friendly liar

If I could give negative 10 stars I would. Dishonest, rude, careless …

A lot of my items ended up damaged. The boxes were completely ruined so I knew they would be. They seemed to be very careless with everything, including the TV which was packaged as directed, looks like they put stuff too heavy on top of it because the screen concave and it’s cracked. Tried to call like I was told to to report damaged items and I was told I’d get a call back, but throughout the whole move they were very unresponsive.
