I run a small non profit that had too small a budget for our big web re-design plan. Logo Web Solutions came through at a price that was affordable and worked with us to get the job done, and done well. They gave amazingly attentive customer service (thanks David Watson, Harry Maslow and Mark Hunt, especially David). The team got a beautiful and well designed, well-functioning site launched, despite my team's overload that created timing delays from both sides. David and LWS have stayed attentive to quality, proposing and supporting ongoing enhancements that will make a difference for our organization. They were a solid solution to the need of our org to get a modern informative and functional website launched in a difficult funding environment for organizations like ours.

The process has been frustrating and unsuccessful. They have not produced the services and outcome that they advertised. They ask for information, are provided with very specific details/requests and produce something that is not at all what was asked for. Multiple times. The logos and designs appear to be created with AI or from templates. They do not have timely responses and need numerous reminders. Twice I have expressed that we do not want to continue and to provide a refund, being as they advertise a 100% satisfaction guarantee. However, they are not responding at all anymore. We are four months in and have only gotten as far as one logo design. 0 out of 10. do not recommend.

The website is great so far, still waiting for a detail with the contact email to be sorted which I’m sure Brandon, who has been awesome so far in helping me set this website up, will get it taken care of. Again Brandon has been responsive anytime I’ve reached out and very professional.

Edward and his team have been great to work with while making my company grow. It's hard to put into words what exactly happened but I know they have helped me tremendously. There is no doubt that I would recommend any company to have them help with their needs.

Total scam. Its been five weeks and they still don't have a landing page. I keep making suggestions and they repeatedly tell me to just approve the basic design and they will make the changes later. In the refund policy it state if at any time you approve a design you forfeit all your money. Don't fall for the scam.

I needed to update my website. I searched online for a company to provide this service. I found WEB LOGO SOLUTIONS. I am a graphic designer, and designed my new website but needed it coded. I sent my design to them. I worked with Mark Hunt and David Watson. They came back with a different design, which was better and more updated. I liked it very much. I am Autistic and Dyslexic, I use screen reading software. I worked with the team there and they were responsible to my needs and changes. They gave me good advice and directions.
