The image looks good however it is off center and un level no matter how much I tried to stretch it out. There also seems to be a stain on the upper right corner of the image. This was supposed to be a birthday present so I don't have time to order another one and will have to give something else. Sad.

My order of custom beanies for a business arrived with the contents wet, not the box or packing wet. I'm assuming water was spilled when it was packaged. I contacted customer service and was given a 10% refund and told to wash the items. After spending hours washing and drying every item, the refund didn't even cover my time or laundry cost. After I contacted customer service again and let them know this took a lot of time, they said they already refunded me 10%.

The hat does not have a round shape on top, it's very "boxy" which is different than how it appeared in the images. Also, the logo was placed on it slightly crooked. For $40 (after shipping), this feels like a waste of money. I will not order anything more and will most likely not wear the hat.

We’re sorry to hear the hat did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a product that looked different from the images online, especially with the concerns about the shape and logo placement. We appreciate you sharing your feedback and would like the opportunity to review this further. Please send us your order number so we can assist you. -Customer Care

Verbally requested change to Champion brand. Received Gildan. Shirts are no where near near quality and finish of champion. These are work shirts for my crew. I have Champion shirts that are 5 years old and still strong. These are junk.

Ordered a few t-shirts. Online design process was pretty user friendly. End product was average but didn't justify the high price. If you are ordering this for a specific event I wouldn't count on it arriving in time. In summary my experience, Expensive for quality of product & a week late.
