Robert Jones and Max Hudson from LogoPerfecto are very knowledgeable and professional. I started working with them on the logo for my company. Their service was so great I decided to let them build my website. I received updates and suggestions in a daily basis. I am very satisfied with their work.

I hired them to help me with a new brand logo. I purchased the deluxe package for my logo early yesterday morning, 11/30/23. I started chatting with someone. I upload my sketch and it seems like everything is going smothly. He confirms he received the file and informs me that someone will be in touch 24 to 48 hours from then. Mind you, they boast a 'fast' turn around time on their website, which in my opinion, if it takes 24 to 48 hours just to talk to your project manager for the first time- it's not fast. I tell him that I want to remove as much wasted time as possible and already have colors and idea in mind. He informs me that he will have a project manager call me within two to three hours. Great! Well, no one called. I reach out again at the end of the day, around 4:45. This time I am talking to a 'senior manager.' He apologizes and assures me someone is going to call within 30 to 45 minutes. Great! Right at 6:00pm, someone calls me and they must have been out at a restuarant, or somewhere very loud. Could hardly hear him. I continue to try and talk to him and ask him if he had reviewed my sketch. Nope, had no idea I had even sent anything in. So, THEN HE HANGS UP ON ME. I mean, if it was an accident, I would have assumed I would have received an immediate call back, but I sure did not. I waited three minutes and called him back. The call goes straight to vm and I leave him a message to call me back, but of course he doesn't. This company really needs to get it together. If you want expedited service, don't come to these people, but you will be lucky if they give you the service you paid for at all.

Robert is an outstanding human and team lead to the website Dept. He is one of the kindest people to work with and is always happy to help however he can. Thank you Robert for always being a shining light for me and my company needs. You’re the best and always look forward to our next project together.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful it’s been to work with these guys. Robert and Max have been incredible at making sure all my questions and concerns have been addressed. I met Robert jones about three months ago when my team began their endeavor to create Seasonal Shine, LLC. I came to Robert with the plans I wanted, the logos I wanted, and how I wanted the website set up. They did an amazing job.
