Easy and helpful

I'm writing from the perspective of a designer. I won a contest on this site a few years ago, which resulted in the contest holder reversing their payment and stealing my logo design. They distributed it on social media, and so on. When I brought this to the website's attention, they refused to compensate me for my logo design. If this had happened at 99designs or even FIVERR, they would have taken action against the buyer while still compensating me for the stolen logo. This is the whole point of them taking a percentage of all transactions. Furthermore, they allow disputes to be resolved by the members, which is completely unprofessional. An unbiased party should handle this internally. People who had issues with each other would purposefully take each other down in order to get someone out of the community. This resulted in a mob mentality among the designers, creating an unhealthy environment. AVOID!

This might be one of the most positive business experiences I have EVER had, ever. The communication was excellent with Joe at Logomyway and then all the designers were SO nice, SO accommodating and incredibly talented. It just kept getting better and better every day as they submitted and I whittled it down. At one point I thought I CAN NOT decide. I had to keep going and at the end two very clear choices were left. My final choice, my logo is beautiful. The designers that put forth effort were from Indonesia, India, Hungary, Japan, the Philippines. It has been a really cool experience.

Excellent experience this is my second time in 6 years using logo my way for my business logo. Great customer service and responsiveness.

From start to finish I was informed about what to expect. I enjoyed the different designs and creativity of the participants. At the end of my contest I found a Winner!
