They are frauds
I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I signed on with them in 2023 and paid a couple thousand dollars for them to create two websites for me. Those websites were never completed, and today I have nothing up and running to show for the money I paid them. During this time, I was also going through a very difficult divorce. When I later reached back out and tried to get everything finalized, I was told they could no longer help me. That was extremely disappointing considering I had already paid them a significant amount of money for services that, in my opinion, were never fully delivered. Throughout the process, I also felt like far too much of the responsibility for building the websites was being put back on me. I understood that I would need to provide information about myself and my businesses, but I hired professionals because I wanted them to CREATE the websites. Instead, I often felt like I was expected to come up with the content, wording, ideas, and direction and essentially tell them how to put everything together. The process was also extremely slow. At the same time, they knew I had intentions of writing and promoting a book, and I felt like there was considerably more attention being placed on additional things they could sell me related to my book than on finishing the websites I had already paid for. It seemed like every time I turned around, there was another conversation involving spending more money. What is especially frustrating is that at one point my website was actually online, and now it is gone. After spending thousands of dollars, I am left without the websites I originally hired this company to create. I understand that businesses have policies and circumstances change, but I also believe that when a customer pays for a service, there should be some accountability for making sure that service is delivered. My experience ultimately comes down to this: I paid a couple thousand dollars for two websites, and I do not have two completed, functioning websites today. I would not use this company again. I’m am finally divorced and I could have used these website up and running but nothing ever really happened. I got lost in the shuffle.
