If I could give this company a minus 5 I would! They created a logo for my company using my vision and ideas. Since then they have called my at least 100 times threatening to sell the copyright to my logo to a company that “wants it” in the US. I spoke to a lawyer and I own the copyright as it was designed based on my idea and I paid for it. This is a scam and they will harass you to no end and make false threats. It got so bad that I had to send a cease and desist letter! They left me alone for about a year and have just started the harassment again. Their “paralegal” called and I’m pretty sure he got his certificate from a crackerjack box. Anyone who is interested in forming a class action lawsuit should contact me. I’ve had enough.

Scam, they will say they will do work, then not do the work. They will then call you and be extremely rude. They issues me a refund then some random person called being extremely rude saying it was a "mistake" and then threaten to charge your credit card again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I am not pleased with this company and could not recommend. $1300 and don't have anything to show for. This was the second time and was pushed consistently from person to person. Time consuming and extractive is my experience. Their work portal is not intuitive. I wish I had something positive to report but can't at this time.

I had this company do a basic logo for a small IT service company I was starting, initially I did not have big issues with them. The price was adequate, the design was basic but acceptable etc. However from the start I was questioning the legitimacy of this company as I was receiving calls from their team that supposedly came from California, displayed very generic American names but when I answered every single person I spoke with was Indian...every single one. Once the logo was designed and I accepted it...this is where everything went to absolute hell, they constantly emailed and called about up selling me, then constantly emailed and called me stating I MUST PAY FOR them to copyright the logo and business name (which I already did without them) and still to this day two years later after the logo was designed they still call at least once every two months under an unknown number etc...still trying to get money from me and almost threatening me regarding how I can be sued if I do not copyright it...even though I own the rights. My apologies for the long rant but this Company everyone should steer far away from, they are not in the USA or even North America, they are yet another SCAM business from India that is preying on the people in the west.

Don’t do business with this company. They are time-wasters. Their agent “Steven Smith” assured me I will hear from their billing department to get a refund & then ghosted me. They called 4 or 5 times after I told them I’m done with them. They will charge you $499 for a simple logo for super low quality work.

terrible sales tactic, wasting time back and forth for selling more product. Dragging to provide the final files. Terrible response by Susan. Never recommending, terrible operation.

This Company Is just a Fraud..I had a very bad Experience when i spend $8000 with this company,ad in result i got nothing i had a very bad experience

They took money to start a new website for our company. Then they go MIA and the website they were hosting for us goes down and then we cannot get a hold of anyone via phone, or email. Took our money and now are refusing to refund us!!!
