The process was going great. I loved my logo design and the service that was given during the process. However, I was lead to believe I would receive a hat with my logo when paying an extra $29.99 when I was actually paying an extra $29.99 for another file with my logo on a hat. When I spoke with the "helpful" team they basically said I had the choice to buy the hat design which is the same design I already had paid for and it's on me for not asking more questions. There was no difference between the two files. I felt Bamboozled.

Long waiting time

Ordered a logo. The first design wasn't bad, but submitted a revision. Took a few days and the revision was close to correct. No one notified me that the new ones were done. Finally emailed and was told they were there. Same thing happened with final version. Live chat is sketchy. May not be there at all, and may take 10 -20 minutes to respond. Called the listed phone number and no one answered.. period.
