I paid in full for a website after months arguing with the project manager, I could not get my website until I pay another $2000 for the site to be secured. I will fight to get my money back or to get my site. Be careful you are dealing with some people that will hold you hostage for more money than expected. I will report them to better business bureau and all of my social media and google .

Took 4 days to have a logo and Revisions are very slow. Project manager kept replying with what seem to be automated reply. They tried to sale me copyrights, web templates...etc. Did not listen when I said I don't need it. Was aggressive about it, literally. (Sr. project Manager) It was getting loud on the phone so I hangup and cancel everything. I did not felt like client. I will not do business with them ever again and I strongly suggest you don't. There's better deals out there for the head heck.

They’ve taken my logo idea and ran with it. The results were great Edit: I’m changing this to a 1 star review. They’re communication and sale tatics go so far in the unprofessional category it’s unnacctable. They call non stop, every email is responded to with multiple calls. If you don’t answer, they’ll immeaditly and repeaditly call again. One day I have had over 7 missed calls from them. This happens on a daily basis. Use them if you want your phone line constantly occupied by them.

They did the same with me that they did with most people who reviewed - try to charge you extra bogus fees after you've paid but before you receive your files. Their 'legal team' - LOL - tried to tell me I HAD to copyright my logo, which of course is not true at all. I stood up to them and they backed down, but then the service went totally down hill. My '15 minute' logo took 3 weeks to get. They were PURPOSELY making me angry by holding my logo files back. They are SCAMMERS, period. STEAR CLEAR or ask for ALL potential fees up front! **UPDATE - after they replied to my post saying they wanted to 'right their wrongs' I asked them what they intended to do to do that. I got NO response. Even their desire to apologize is bogus! They're just trying to look good for the readers!

I had a bad experience with this company, The guy who was supposed to design my logo seemed to do what he wants and not what I asked him to do or he isn’t experienced! If you are taking your business seriously and don’t wanna waste your time and money find a designer around you to design your logo. A disappointed customer.
