i was working with login15minits.com and i invest in them 20k $ and one day to the other the changed the workers cos they have legal problems do to the froud they are doing this is all the companies under this management Octalogo.com they are changing the workers often to other company's so you cant say i payed you for this ,

In November i asked them to do a logo and website with hosting i paid for everything it started really well all the time the wanted to go live then in December they got it wrong but promised to fix it and get it up and running In january the stoped all communication on there live chat, phone calls emails no replies, i used pay pal as payment so i got my money back in a full all of a sudden i am geting emails from simular companies wanting to do a web site same price i never contacted them

This company it’s a scam and dishonest. I paid 120$ for a logo which they did do but in jpeg but they have a very poor communication between their different workers which lead to an crazy amount of texts over 200 and phone calls from them over 30 in 48h and a waste of time. You start with Kevin and explain your project and then it’s Dave and you have to re-explain everything and finally it’s Steve and you have do everything all over again. I also never received any invoice. They are very nice to you at first because they will try to sell you a website but will finish harassing you even when your logo is not made. As soon they understand than you won’t make a website the tone change totally and they become nasty and aggressive. When time come to get my finals files in high quality they told me it’s an obligation to do the copyright and trademark which by phone they said should be 7,99$ but they try to charge me 799$. When I block the payment they called and start yelling at me telling me they recorded me approving this charge and they will send it to the gouvernement and will get in trouble. They will not send me my files unless I pay those extra hundreds, they also try to ask me how much could I pay now to try to get any money from me. So bottom line yes they did a logo in jpeg format for 120$ but if you want your files in high quality you will have to pay hundreds and hundreds which is not display at the starting. To remember: people are agressive, harassing you and you won’t get what you need. Scam

I have been back and forth with this company for a year. They originally charged me $350 to get a trademark on my business name and logo. They sent me a fraudulent certificate with the USPTO stamp and directors signature. Nothing has been submitted to the USPTO and I can't get ahold of Steve, Chris or David. This is after they charged my card illegally prior to this encounter and I thought we had a solution that was in both of our favors. Guess not.

This is by far the worst company in history. Yes I did get my logo but after I paid them over 1K. There are so many hidden fees. If I were you I would stay away. David was great to work with but everyone else is very rude and not understanding. They even charged my card with out authorization. I will never do business with them every again. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you like throwing money down the drain. They are the biggest fraud on the internet. Steve was the worst person to deal with. Even when you tell him no he was persistent. No means no. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I am pleased to give Logo in 15 Minutes a 5 star rating for the excellent service I received through David Morgan. Throughout the entire processing time of my 3D logo he was professional and communicated with me regularly, keeping me in the loop with updates. He ensured me that I would receive a logo that I will be happy with; I can now say that this company believes in total customer satisfaction.
