Total scam first review I have ever wrote. I contacted logo Frank for a new logo something fresher then what I had I have been in business for my self now for 1 1/2 years I was using a gmail account they sold me a domane name and email services for 2 email addresses I paid for domain name I paid a yearly server fee and a high monthly Fee 1st of the year rolls around and now I can't access my email I'm loosing my assignments because you see im in construction and every thig is done thrue email logo Frank won't answer any of there phone lines no reply to numerous voice mails numerous emails many live chat requests so here I am screwed with no email luckily I have had my domain name for 60 days do to regulations you can't switch providers until you have owned domain for a min of 60 days on a better note I have contacted Godaddy and for 8 buck I can transfer my domain name and I can chose a low monthly fee or pay 120. Something dollars for the whole year i wish i would have never used logo Frank if you are reading this I hope its before you pay anything because the money I'm out for services no big deal but the money I'm loosing because I can't access my email is where it hurts do your home work!!!!!!!!! Lol so here is my reply to you saying I must be a competitor first my name is not tony second you know I'm not a customer of yours any more again I will say logo frank is a scam I did not renew domain with you all because your a scam 150 something dollars for domain that Allen would not take his name off as manager for my domain so yeah I bought another domain from go daddy 35 bucks image that and yes as soon as the domain that I bought from logo frank finely came back up for sell I bought it back thru yep you guessed it GO DADDY so to say I'm making up that I was a customer of yours is lame your attempt to say this is a fraudulent review is lame only fraud is logo frank

This has been one of the worst service experiences that I ever had. They promise they can do all these features and make a website from nothing, but the execution is far below expectation. It literally took a month for them to actually work on my website. After they made the initial splash page. I request multiple changes that was not addressed until I they switch designers. Once I got my new designer who claimed to be a supervisor, it took another month to get him to make any meaningful changes. Bottomline, I can go on about how horrible my experience was but I just want to warn you to beware of this company.

I paid for a unique design for prestashop ecommerce site but what I received was a copy of a web template with a few changes for the wordpress ecommerce site.. then they deleted my prestashop site off my server and uploaded their wordpress site and theme to my server and refuse to refund the money saying they completed the job. HA HA my lawyer is gonna have a field day

Complete scam I am reporting this to FCC as they do not provide any finished product and they will not answer calls and do not honor their 100% guarantee refund that they advertised Luckily I know people in the FCC and have reported this scam so they will likely get shut down and likely court case with potential of jail time for fraud

Very bad experience. The website took months to get up and running. Slow responding to communication, a lot of mistakes, always trying to sell me more than I asked for. Following website creation, they wanted maintenance $175 annual and hosting fees $95 which they say was on their server. Also charging me $110 annually for each email through host gator domain which costs us $12.95 per year for up to five users going direct. When we decided to host ourselves through HostGator instead of paying their premium, they were very uncooperative and poor service. I am paid through December 2017, yet they immediately took down my domain and deleted emails which are now lost and want me to pay additional fees to recreate everything they dissolved without consent. Don't waste your time the appeal of saving money with LogoFrank. (formerly logo influx) They say they are in Austin Texas but definitely feels like they are outside the United States with the language barrier and time differences. Go direct to HostGator, save money and learn WordPress to be more in control of your service/site.

THIS IS A FRAUD CRAZY TRUE FRAUD I am rating 1 because I cannot go below that. The first time I went on the site I was very pleased and well received by the online service. I placed my order and he stated that if the logo doesn't satisfy me or for any reason I don't want to finalize the process, I would immediately receive my refund back 100%. A few days after, A few events came up and I have decided to drop the project so I contacted them for my refund. From fake promised to same routine questions, here we are a month later I still don't know either or not they will pay me back. THIS IS A FRAUD.

Website is a disaster. Pictures have nothing to do with the field I work in. The email addresses don't work and the writing is childlike
