Awesome Logo, Great Experience.
Awesome Logo. To be honest I had no idea what I was looking for. I have no design experience or even a creative mind when it comes to the kind of work I was looking for. I just know our baseball league needed a new look. I contacted Logo Design Marvel, slightly hesitate because of some of the negative reviews, but am I glad I contacted them. I was truly surprised by the design choices they came up with. I gave them a few things that our community was known for and they did the rest. Better than I expected. They communicated very well. Sometimes I took a couple of days to respond to which they were very understanding. They responded quickly. I feel as long as you respond to them, you'll be happy with their workmanship.

Scam company, Still owe me a 45 second video
Still owe me a 45 second video. They never made it, wont refund me, and blames me for them not finishing it! They want $150 to finish even though i paid them in full to start. Buyer beware.

Dustin Lavigne, You placed your order back in April 2017 with the services of Logo Design, Website Design, Some Collateral Designs and an Animated Video of 45 Seconds. All of your services been delivered except animated video which was on hold from your side since very long (around 3 years now). As per the company policy which is written on our website very clearly under the Refund Policy clause "(f) We won't entertain or refund any orders if the customer stays non-responsive for 45 Days, but the client can send us an email to hold the project if there is some personal issue. Also whether the client is non-responsive for more than 60 Days, then the customer has to pay an extra caution fee i.e. $150 for re-initiating the project." and you can see those policies on terms and condition page which is https://www.logodesignmarvel.com/terms-condition

Does not honor money back guarantee
Did not like the logos that were designed. Since I did not ask for a redesign, I asked for my money returned. Since there is a money back guarantee. Well it has been over 3 months and Jason Vaughn never returns emails or is helpful in my refund. Still waiting for Jason or anyone from Logo Design Marvel to respond

Dave and his team have been designing…
Dave and his team have been designing my logo, stationary, social media pages, and now my website. I am new to this process, and he has patiently answered my questions and returned messages and emails promptly and professionally. He and his team came up with wonderful designs and kept refining them as my vision of what I wanted became clearer. I can't wait to see what they'll come up with next. I've already recommended him to a friend and if I need any help in the future, I'm definitely coming back.
