Since day one, they showed professionalism by keeping me updated on the whole process. They called me to check up on me, they offered me additional services and the designer who won, Peter, was absolutely prompt. I think one of the competencies this company has is its costumer service. My first crowd sourcing project was through logodesigngury.com. I am extraordinarily happy with my logo, I was able to work closely with the designer and make several revisions before getting my final design. Some logos submitted did not have anything to do with my design brief and there were some also that were very simplistic and seemed to have little thought behind them. All in all there were a lot of great choices. I wish that there was some more training on how to star choices (and what designers think when you star someone else's design) as well as the process of how many days you will actively receive creative and new designs as well as the difference and pros and cons of private vs public contest. I have learned all these things through the process and will probably use logodesignguru.com on my next business venture. Thumbs up!
