SCAM...BUYER BEWARE...100% SCAM.
SCAM...BUYER BEWARE...100% SCAM. The logo company is a front for thier true scam game. They act friendly and accommodating and you pay for them to create or in my case inhance current logo of mine. Once you approve of the logo, this is when the scam begins. You will be dealing with a professional scam artis name Edward Miller ( trust me his accent doesn't fit his name). After I paid $129 to have my logo designed Edward Miller then informed you that he cannot release the logo to you and that you need to apply for a Trademark which he will have you pay about $499. They also do a fake Trademark search to tell you that it's still available but that someone is currently trying to trade your company name. This is where he brings in SCAM Artis #2. Edward Miller states he will forward your to the USPTO "attorney " who is John Eduard Barry License #21606 ( also someone who's name doesn't match his accent). After filling out the "Application" he hits you with more "government fees of about $1500. He is very good at sounding ligit as he overwhelms you with a lot of attorney jargon. He told me congratulations and that I should get my Trademark certificate in 2 weeks time. After 3 weeks I contacted Edward Miller about the certificate at which point he forwards me to the attorney again and he once again throws a lot of attorney jargon and says that the government needs to collect more fees to to about$1200 more. But the kicker is that I have 2 hours to get my payment in or I lose my application. I then reached out a friend of my who is an attorney and sent him all of the emails an paperwork I was given by John Barry. My friend said that the paperwork was not legitimate and that they attorney had a scam email address ( fyi he had no phone number as well). I then went on the USPTO to look for the status of my Trademark application and they informed me that I needed the serial number. I check all my documents and no serial number to be found. I emailed John Barry requesting my serial# and asked Edward Mill to get it for me. They have stopped making contact with me. I lost about $2500 to these low lives. I should've have known better. Don't make the same mistake I made. 100%SCAM COMPANY
