Over the top- blew me away.
I have not even gotten my order yet, but this was a rare "Wow" experience. The immediate nature of receiving a proof, the unexpcted phone call from the owner to ask me a question and the turnaround time- all far exceeded my expectations. It is almost never that i find a business to work with that treats me like I matter to them. Paul and LogoClothz took that to the next level. Very well done and kuddos to your team.

Great product, awesome customer service!
I was a little confused about the printing options when I submitted my order online. Paul called me and asked if if I was sure about the choice I made. Sure enough, I had selected the wrong option. Paul walked me through the differences and got me on the right track. He also followed up with two different options for placement of the logo. To top it all off, it's an American made product!

We always want to make sure our customers feel confident and informed about their custom printed order, and it’s awesome to know Paul was able to help guide you through the printing options and logo placement. And yes—we take real pride in offering American-made products, so we're especially glad that stood out to you. We appreciate your business and hope to work with you again soon!
