Initially- GREAT. Good follow-up, decent first pass of designs. Quickly became apparent that I was going to need to decline many new service offers...so I repeated.. "Let's get my logo done first." I narrowed down what I was looking for but exhausted my logos.. so I approved another $50... fast forward... They dropped off the radar and I moved on. Until I saw my credit card.. two charges at the start ($100 twice, and then the $50). They credited back the $50 when they stopped calling (fine, right). But I had to dispute the other $100 charge with my credit card company- and they sent a round back to dispute. My argument of twice on day one, won, so I found another on fiverr that worked.

My account manger was Petter Collins and i say he did amazing job with reaching out to me, also they did amazing job creating my Logo. But they only problem i had was the hidden fees. I purchased the Basic logo package which was 75$, then upgraded my package for 70$ to get a better logo design. But when all was done I got hit with a 149$ fee to get the final logo, and was told "that is how it is". I was not happy with that because never did it say anywhere that there will be a fee at the end.
