I had a person called Zack constantly whatsapp me until I finally agreed to purchase a package from them. I paid up front with the promise of a money back guarantee. He provided me with a few logos which looked like a 5 year old had done on "paint". They were awful and he wouldn't adapt them any further to what I wanted so I asked for my money back. I gave my PayPal email but he said he cant transfer it back because of fees so I eventually gave my bank details. Safe to say, weeks later still no refund!! I then contacted someone else who tried to get out of giving me a refund because of some hidden terms and conditions. After arguing with them i have finally got a refund less some charges.

Alert: This customer was already refunded. Logo2web provided 18 concepts rather than only providing 3 concepts that were listed on the package. The customer don't even know what exactly she needed. According to our terms and conditions, there was no refund to be done as she liked and asked us for some minor changes in the design. These are the customers those other companies look bad just because they don't even know what do they need. Adele Gardner came to Logo2web and just ordered a basic package, She didn't even know what she needed. The company is called GRYPPED.
