Hello heavenly protector, Thank you for sharing details publicly at Trustpilot. Your issue is not valid as you had more than two years to change your subscription, but continued to keep the same plan while being delinquent in payments during the entire 2nd year! Details are below; We are delighted that you emailed LogMeOnce on 5/16/2021 and signed up for a FREE LogMeOnce account. Six months later on 11/28/2021 you loved LogMeOnce so much that you purchased a bundle deal and received a 51% discount for the first year. On 10/28/2022 upon your second-year renewal you wrote to LogMeOnce and said “I love your service simply don’t have the **** at the moment.” At LogMeOnce, as good Samaritans, LogMeOnce provided you with a full refund and advised you to use our FREE products. However, after you received full credit, you kept your account and illegally continued to use multiple LogMeOnce products without payment against the terms of license agreement (and used it for a whole year!). On 10/29/2023 – You received an email in advance of a payment to be processed for the 3rd year. As you know, you had been continuously using all LogMeOnce products and “technically” you were delinquent for 2022 payment as well. You quickly raised this as a concern that you do not wish to renew. Thus, LogMeOnce quickly processed your refund, even before our technical support staff had a chance to review your account. It is at that time on 11/30/2023, due to lack of payment you hurriedly terminated your account to avoid payments and embarrassing delinquency. Following example is a response your complaint to clearly distinguish between individual item and bundle package with add-ons. For example, when you buy a bundle meal of Hamburger + French-fries + soda, you will pay for the bundle price. Next time or following year, when you go to McDonald’s you can’t pick one item from the bundle menu, and pay for a single item using all the discounts. If you want to pick and choose one item from the bundle deal, you would need to buy only an individual item. By the way, LogMeOnce communicated all of the above with screenshot via multiple emails with you, but you chose to publish wrong information and omitting lots of details. Finally, on the same day (11/30/2023), you created a new LogMeOnce account under a different name and email address (a********[email protected])! We are honored that you have keenly recognized that LogMeOnce is the best password management product in the market and can’t live without it!!! But kindly keep in mind that even as the best product in the market, we pay for our staff, servers, development, premises and keep the lights on. Here is a great "Thank you" to all LogMeOnce end-users and our community for such a deep belief in LogMeOnce outstanding products.
