Avoid Logistic Pro Movers!
The initial pick up of our furniture went very well with Pablo leading the crew, but it went south from there. Asked when was the earliest delivery date in Jacksonville, we responded June 1, 2026. Pablo explained that while he couldn't guarantee that date, the delivery should be within a day or two of June 1st. On June 1st we contacted Crystal, the coordinator, and were told that our funiture was still in Denver. She falsely claimed that delivery date was actually the shipping date. We spent the next six days in a hotel ($1,200 dollar expense) and were repeatedly corrected about what "delivery" meant. Crystal was rude, unprofessional and told us we should just buy air matresses. She also said that there would be an additional $500 fee because their truck wouldn't fit in our condo parking lot. Make sure you do your research and use a professional moving company! I will never use this company again and would never recommend them. CrystaI and the company she represented were unprofessional at best. Buyer beware, do your homework and avoid Logistatic Pro Movers!

We truly appreciate your feedback and it took us a bit to figure out who you were since we only ever communicated with your wife during the entire course of your move. To clarify some of the points in your review....you opted for the standard delivery which means you did not purchase the upgraded options Expedited or PGS (Guaranteed) Delivery Service. As is standard in long distance moving, the customer must provide us with the FIRST date that they are able to receive their goods at their new home. Dispatch will then begin working to load on the next truck headed along your route so as not to arrive before you are ready because this is not ideal for anyone. The delivery schedules for ALL 3 options are included in our estimate and were communicated to your wife via multiple calls with your Salesrep and our office staff. We also provided this information numerous times via email and text. The first available date is NOT the shipping date, I can see that you are still confused on this despite our best efforts in explaining this to you many times. It just so happened that your semi-trailer coincidentally arrived ON your first available. There were other clients on the the same truck that had future dates, and one whose date was 2 days prior to loading. Your goods were picked up on 5/24 in Denver, you listed 6/1 as your first available date, your move was going 1746 miles (this is a 5-14 business day standard delivery time), you were loaded and in transit on 6/1 and received your delivery on 6/7. Your home was inaccessible for an 18-wheeler which we also advised you on 3 separate occasions but you chose to overlook and then acted surprised the day prior to delivery when the driver advised that he cannot fit (after seeing the property in person). You then decided to get your own UHaul once you realized that we were not simply trying to extort extra funds from you and our driver even assisted moving the items into your home which he was not required to do and is not part of the service. Once the transfer was made from our trailer to your vehicle and the goods leave our possession your move is then complete. But in a further attempt to ensure your satisfaction and happiness he did help you move ALL items into the home and completed the full service. All of this information was provided to you (well your wife) numerous times throughout the course of your move so we are unsure where the communication breakdown is but I can assure you it is not from our end. We are also pleased to know that you had 0 damages. To recap, we provided you with the important information regarding delivery and onsite access many times via call/text/email, you raved about how wonderful a job our foreman Pablo and his team did on your pickup in Denver, your goods were delivered very quickly and only 6 calendar days after your requested date, our delivery team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth delivery for you despite you ignoring our advice that our 53 foot trailer would not fit into your U-shaped complex complete with resident parking on all sides, and you had zero damages or missing items. Sounds like you had an overall perfect move from a professional moving company and we do wish you realize just how lucky you are that you chose Logistic Pro Movers. We are very sorry that you remain dissatisfied with the service but we wish you the best of luck in your new home in Florida!
