Dealing with you was one of the worst…
Dealing with you was one of the worst purchasing experiences we have had to do. We would not get emails back, no one would ever answer the phone. We wouldn't be able to get hold of anyone for weeks. Simply contacting you and trying to get an answer back was the worst and most difficult part. Even when we were able to get hold of Ivan, he then was waiting for weeks for a response from a colleague. We would then start the process of getting hold of Ivan all over again.

Great Customer Service
Great customer service. After 3 weeks without receiving the item I ordered, Ivan worked with me after FedEx returned the item to Logiscenter. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable.

This company sells the products not in stock
ordered 4X Alien cables (ALX-420-0) and seller named Ivan promised me all products in stock, after that they have shipped only one cable and no info about other 3x cables They sell the products not in stock, slow reply to emails
