⚠️ Extremely disappointing experience with LogiPrep – Significant Losses and Serious Service Issues I used LogiPrep’s warehousing and fulfillment services for my e-commerce business, expecting proper inventory management, timely order processing, and reliable communication. Unfortunately, my experience resulted in significant financial loss and serious problems with my marketplace account. During the time my inventory was stored in their warehouse, I faced issues regarding missing inventory. I was later informed that the warehouse had been shifted and that some of my goods were supposedly moved elsewhere. The investigation reportedly continued for almost two months. When the inventory issue was finally addressed, the value of my inventory was approximately $700, but I received only around $50 as compensation. I have documentation and evidence related to the inventory, communications, invoices, and the losses I experienced. I also experienced repeated problems with shipping labels and order processing. On multiple occasions, labels were not created/processed as requested, and in some cases orders were shipped several days later. These delays affected my Late Dispatch Rate (LDR), and my marketplace account was eventually suspended. For me, this was not simply a minor service issue. I paid for professional warehousing and fulfillment services, but the problems with inventory handling, compensation, shipping labels, and order processing ultimately caused substantial business losses. I am willing to provide supporting evidence, including invoices, inventory records, communications, shipping information, and marketplace account records. If LogiPrep wants to review this matter seriously, they can contact me at and I can provide the relevant documentation. Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend that sellers carefully verify LogiPrep’s inventory handling, compensation policy, warehouse-transfer procedures, and fulfillment processes before committing valuable inventory to their service.
