I'm not sure if anyone would need this. Why not put the issue at hand directly into the search bar? It's obvious that the content was simplified to reduce confusion but the site is too bare and unappealing overall.

This site appears to be off to a solid start with the available hyperlinked tips pertaining to Email and Microsoft Outlook. While there may not be endless content, what is available is interesting and relevant to the kind of tips users will likely find useful. The sites that are linked up to each topic also seem to provide useful and well written content. The only thing I would like this site to change is to maybe spice up the background and site layout with some images and colors, the current setup is functional but spartan leaving more to be desired in regards to visuals.

I really like the website but there's really no UI or content other than a couple pages of text. A cleaner, more styled website would attract more users.

I appreciate the minimalist design of the website, and how it's easy to find topics I'm looking for. I think it would definitely be improved by adding more mail providers and some quick tips (so that it may not be necessary to click each link to find info).

The website was very helpful and easy to use. I learned a lot about Gmail and Outlook that I didn't know.

It's a great site. Simple but maybe unknown tips that really help. Nice format and straight to the point. No clicking through multiple windows to find what you want. The only part I did not like is there are only tips for Gmail and Microsoft Outlook. What about the other email providers? One great part though is at the bottom you can sign up to reduce spam. that in its own would make the site worth visiting.

these people are awesome, they made gmail very simple and very easy to understand, some people just aren't as computer savvy as others and they made everything understandable. even the seasoned Gmail user could benefit from all the help.
