I would not recommend working with this agency based on my experience. I was told I would be paid through PAYE at an agreed hourly rate. However, when I received my payment, I was paid through an umbrella company instead, and the hourly rate was also lower than the rate we had agreed. I contacted the recruiter to ask them to resolve the issue, but I did not receive a satisfactory response. I also had outstanding hours that were not paid. In my opinion, clear and honest communication about the pay rate and payment method should be the minimum when dealing with an agency. I would advise other drivers to make sure everything is confirmed in writing before accepting work with this agency. Personally, based on my experience, I would not work with them again.

They lie to you telling you 1 rate of pay. If you tell them your PAYE they just put you on the umbrella company. They even dock hours of you as well. Then when you tell them your leaving if you don't give notice it's £50 a day from your wages. Please stay away from this scam company.

If you have the choice, then I would avoid them. All Love-and-light when they think they can recruit you (Darling this, Darling that) going to totally blanking you and refusing your calls. Don't know what kind of setup they have, but they're not in it for their reputation or the long-haul. The money was decent, but I'd accept less money working for someone where I was valued, appreciated and not treated like a piece of mud that got stuck to someone's shoe.

If you take empolyment with Logical paid by umbrella company, be aware of the extra hidden charges which they didn't inform me about before starting! Don't expect any help or support when the job ends. Not one person from the Bristol office contacted me after I was given 24 hours notice that my job ended unexpectedly.

Logicalalps recruitment are really bad Aggency to work for they take money off your wages and try to penny pinch from you absolute robbing pigs they are. Chris does not answer his calls he knows he’s in the wrong that’s why a word of advice to anyone looking to work for this Aggency please I would not even give it a try because they scam you either way.

I worked for these guys for several months when I first got my HGV licence. I never do reviews but honestly people need to know what its like to work for these. So firstly they got me out in the lorries with 0 experience and I was given a chance on class 2 and 1 stuff. Which I was grateful, they always seem to have work... however ... it comes with a big but... like nicky minaj... the rates they pay you sound great till they knock off half an hour here and an hour there and say "its the companies policy for 1 hour 15 minutes breaks" and other absolute nonsense. I was rarely paid the right amount... the rate was wrong a few times, the hours.. i was told it was on tacho hours which also makes no sense.. but the big thing was they put me on an umbrella company without asking and I asked to be taken off it... low and behold they couldn't manage to for another few weeks.. they said they'd pay the difference...no chance.. I said am only doing a few days a week and it needs to be on my terms with no pressure.. the guy was pressuring me and getting very upset if I asked questions like how far it was from my home and the length of shift.. and questioned if hgv driving was the career for me 🤣 anyway the rates were decent but you never actually got them and you've got to put up with the agents hormonal outbursts.. My advice is to just use some other more substantial agencies , these guys are cowboys
