Logitech are Scammers Scammers! Scammers! Scammers! Absolute garbage company. Bought a wireless mouse that completely died after just six weeks. If you think buying a big name protects you, think again. Their warranty 'support' is a fraudulent psychological experiment designed to make you give up. They trap you in an endless loop, repeatedly asking for the same receipts, serial numbers, and videos, only to pass you to a new bot that restarts the script. Look at the flood of one-star reviews—this is their standard business model. They take your money, ship defective hardware with cheap internal components, and then completely ghost you when it breaks. They are robbing consumers in broad daylight. Avoid Logitech at all costs. Buy from a brand that actually respects consumer laws. Logitech is a Premium Price Tag for Disposable Trash and Ghost Support. I’ve reported to ACCC

Don't buy from this site. Their policies are not fully disclosed prior to purchase. Bought an item for my daughters birthday even paid for the faster shipping only for it to not ship right away and then I couldnt even cancel the order so I could get the gift from somewhere else and faster because they have a 30 MINUTE cancelation policy. Yes 30 MINUTES and its never disclosed! Ridiculous.

Beware of buying directly from the official Logitech webshop! I exercised my legal right of withdrawal for order BE00156448. The shipping box was NEVER even opened and was immediately sent back via UPS in its original, sealed condition. The tracking confirmation (1ZA0Y3179196406429) proves successful delivery to their warehouse. Now, Logitech is refusing to process my refund, claiming a "discrepancy" in the returned items. This means Logitech is wrongfully blaming the customer for mistakes made either within their own packing facility or during transit by their contracted courier. Their customer support (Special Care Team, ticket 17663005) only sends automated rejection scripts and intentionally stalls by opening duplicate tickets. A formal law enforcement complaint has been registered with the Belgian Economic Inspection (FOD Economie) for breach of European consumer rights. Do not buy from them if you expect your consumer rights to be respected!

I bought their keyboard for my iPad Pro. I think it`s better than the Apple Magic Keyboard and 30-40% cheaper.

I've changed a bunch of different computer mice in my life It's a consumable item... But when you hold something in your hand for 5-7-9 hours every day, a certain habit forms that prevents you from changing the mouse the first time its click fails. I'm one of those who will try to fix such a simple malfunction myself and give the mouse a few more years of life... But that's where the problems start. First, Logitech doesn't want you to fix your mouse - they want you to buy a new one, so right from the start they hid the screws under the Teflon (?) strip that the mouse slides on, so you have to tear it off completely to remove the screws and the strip is then unusable. If they had made the strip in four instead of one piece and glued it between the holes, the whole world would be happier. When you finally separate the upper part from the lower part, you will encounter a design chaos that has brought the construction of the mouse to the level of rocket science. But let's just say that they are not capable of doing a simple thing. Logitech, of course, does not sell spare parts for its products, so you might find a new sliding strip and micro switches on Aliexpress if you're lucky, or you might have to adjust something else. I've repaired cheap Chinese mice endlessly because, apart from being cheap and simple in construction, they didn't require you to deliberately break parts in order to disassemble them. I usually thought that the repair time was over when I bought a €100 mouse, but that's clearly not the case... I'd have been better off buying 10 cheap Chinese ones... they would have lasted much longer...

Customer service is just an AI bot that provides links to empty webpages, and even provided a vacant phone number for me to call. I showed them the links from the site that are PAGE 404 empty, and it didn't care to update or take the feedback. I would not buy from a company with such poor customer service. Also contacting them through phone on their website gives an empty page as well.

MX Keys loses B/T connection. Keys do not respond and they also constantly repeat. The help page is useless. The chat and email links do not work. I have bought a wired keyboard, which is a sad state of affairs and rather shows Logitech's indifference to their customers' problems.
