Hi, James, we are genuinely sorry and concerned to read about your experience. Your frustration is entirely valid, and it hurts us to know we caused this level of delay. This is not the standard of service Loganix promises. We are fully committed to resolving your query. Please get in touch with us so we can provide a final and satisfactory outcome promptly. We look forward to making this right.

Hi John, thanks for taking sharing your thoughts on our link building services. I took a look at your Brand Links orders, and it looks like these have all been completed. A few of the sites that we pitched dropped below DR70, and those were delivered to you free of charge. For your HARO orders, it looks like we still have a couple links in progress -- our team is working hard to get these placed for you. Overall we've seen a drop in journalist requests in your niche, and the team is pitching every available opportunity that works for your brand. Our Support team is here to help any time you have questions -- just reach out either in your order thread, or send us a message to support[@]loganix.com! Best, Maja @ Loganix

Hi Stefan, Sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with our services. I see that our Support team cancelled your order as requested so that you weren't billed for another month. As noted in our Link Building terms, we can't guarantee that an article WILL be indexed -- we aren't Google and can't reasonably make such a claim. What we DO promise is that there is nothing stopping the article from being indexed, which our SEOs have confirmed. I've asked our outreach team to replace this for you, free of charge. Please reach out to our Support team (support[@]loganix.com) should you have more questions! Best, Maja Account Manager

Hi Aref, Thanks for your feedback on our Premium Guest Post service -- I'm sorry to hear that the experience was not what you expected. I've reviewed your order and would like to address your concerns: 1. While the domains chosen for the Premium Guest Post tier are not niche-specific, the content is themed to make your placement fit naturally. We also offer an option to review and approve the content ahead of time, which you may want to consider for your next order. 2. As part of the Guest Posting service, we always ask for your approval on the placement opportunities before we start the project. It is up to each client to review the suggestions to confirm suitability. We received your approval to go ahead with the suggested opps on Mar 18. 3. You mentioned that the site had low DA -- we were successful in getting your first choice placement, which has a DA of 68. I'd like to get a better idea of where you believe we went wrong with this order. Please reach out to [email protected] and I'd be more than happy to help. Maja Gibson Account Manager
