0 stars if I could. Customer service is absolutely atrocious. They just go in circles and ask you questions about things you already established and just tell you the same suggestions over and over that never actually do anything. I had a situation where I was trying to figure out why our Ramsey referrals stopped auto importing. They kept trying to blame it on Ramsey or say I needed to do something I already told them I did. They then concluded it was resolved when it wasn't, twice. Luckily, Ramsey support eventually got involved and sided with me. I would never in a million years recommend this service. Lofty has a lot but it's honestly a bit overwhelming. Also many times I reached out requesting technical/guidance and they either tell me information and/or refer me to sources that were not up to date. For example, one time they instructed me to navigate to and click a button that did not exist when I followed the instructions. They then eventually admitted, they realize their system was updated and that was why the instructions did not align with what I was seeing. That shouldn't be something they figure out in the middle of a support email thread, it should be something they are already aware of and state it in the beginning then direct me to the correct instructions. Additionally, for a company that heavily markets having ai integration, their ai assistant is useless. I tried asking it questions numerous times and it would do the same thing, give outdated or irrelevant instruction. Don't waste your time or money on this service.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Keeps auto renewing you constantly, even if you try to tell them not to. They refuse to refund money and do not care about their customers. Tried working with them to cancel and they don't get back to you with any solution.

🔥✍️BUYER BEWARE
🔥✍️BUYER BEWARE: NO TRIAL, NO GRACE—$747.50 TO LEAVE AFTER ONE WEEK
I signed up for Lofty after a sales demonstration because the company does not offer a meaningful trial that allows brokers to experience the complete platform before entering a term contract. During the demo, I openly raised concerns about several features and whether the platform would realistically work for me. After speaking with the representative, I convinced myself I could make it work because I knew I needed to make a move.
I gave Lofty a genuine chance. I worked extensively inside the platform for several days, including using its AI features. I quickly realized that Lofty was far too robust, complicated, and maintenance-heavy for my operation. I am an independent broker running a busy brokerage while also operating a redevelopment company. I did not need another full-time job building, configuring, tagging, maintaining, and managing my own software platform.
After approximately one week, I asked to cancel. Instead of addressing that request directly, I received email after email without a clear answer. After roughly 10 emails, I finally stated plainly: I want out of this contract.
Their response? Lofty claimed the normal termination amount would be the remaining five months—$1,495—but graciously offered to let me escape for “only” half: $747.50. The other option was to pause billing for two months and extend the contract even further. This was after I had already paid approximately $300 in onboarding costs.
Let me be clear: I accept responsibility for signing the contract. I knew there was risk involved. But consumers should also understand exactly how Lofty operates before signing. You cannot fully experience the platform through a proper trial, but if you discover almost immediately that it is the wrong system for your business, Lofty may still demand hundreds of dollars to release you.
A contract may give a company the legal ability to do something, but that does not make the practice fair, reasonable, or customer-centered. Taking nearly $800 from a small independent broker who recognized within one week that the platform was unsuitable—on top of onboarding costs—told me everything I needed to know about this company’s priorities.
Lofty may work well for larger teams with the time, patience, staff, and technical bandwidth to configure and maintain it. It has many features and may be powerful once completely built out. But for a busy independent broker, it can be overwhelming, labor-intensive, and far more complicated than the sales presentation makes it appear.
If you cannot comfortably afford to lose the onboarding fee and potentially hundreds—or even thousands—more just to leave, DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT. Do not assume the company will show flexibility because you acted quickly, used the platform for only a few days, or determined in good faith that it was not right for your business.
Lofty secured its $747.50 exit fee, but permanently lost any possibility of earning my future business. I will never return, and I will make certain other real estate professionals understand my experience before they sign.
My mistake was trusting that reasonableness would matter once the contract was signed. Their mistake was believing $747.50 was worth turning a disappointed customer into a permanent and vocal warning.
‼️ 🗣️🔥 RUN—unless you are fully prepared to build your business around Lofty and pay dearly if you discover it was the wrong decision!!!!!

Negative 5 stars
Negative 5 stars, if possible. Do not purchase Lofty. They overpromise and under deliver. Also, they told me I would not have a contract, but they want to lock me in for 1 year. It’s a complicated CRM. There are many better ones out there.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS
COMPLETE SCAMMERS - I am a real estate professional and this company has been horrible - you will not be able to opt out from their email campaigns, even after you leave the platform (which never produced a single lead for me). I have been trying to opt out for 3 years. STAY FAR AWAY from Lofty.com.

The only reason why we started using…
The only reason why we started using this CRM is because our brokerage switched over to it, so we kind of by "default" are using it. Big promises made, horrible experience, leads are trash, good luck getting your money back from these guys. I wish I could leave a (0) star review.

I would leave negative stars if I…
I would leave negative stars if I could. Lofty has the absolute worst support that I have ever seen. Their entire support staff is highly incompetent as they are constantly asking the same questions over and over again that you have already answered. Then you will get another email saying they are going to close the ticket because you have not answered their emails.
I do not know who is managing the help desk but they should be fired. Tickets are not being escalated to T2 or T3 when the help desk is unable to resolve the issue. They take forever to even respond and when they do it is an irrelevant response with your issue not being resolved. They are trash use another CRM.
