Our Experience at Loews Hollywood Hotel
Our Experience at Loews Hollywood Hotel On the first day of our arrival at the hotel, they did not have the rooms we had booked. However, this was resolved by providing us with a different room. On the second day, upon returning from the beach, we noticed that our room smelled strongly of marijuana. Smoking was prohibited in the hotel. We went over to our neighbor’s door and could smell the odor coming from their room as well. We entered our room and called the reception. They sent a staff member who assured us that we would not be held responsible, which seemed odd. He then mentioned that he could find another room for us and left, promising to return. However, we never heard from him again. On the third day, I had $300 placed behind our television, with my sunglasses on top to keep them flat. After spending the day at Disneyland, we returned to find the money missing. I immediately searched the area to see if the money had fallen, but it was completely gone. I am convinced that it was stolen. Noticing that housekeeping had been in our room, I am certain they took the money. I called the reception to report the incident. Later, they informed us that the cleaning staff had seen the money but did not take it. We know this is a lie, and such experiences should not occur at any hotel. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL.
