Persis
Somewhat disappointed
Jacob was very professional; He did arrive quickly after being called. One thing that was discouraging was that he didn't realize that his tools were very hot. My doormat had a few burned holes from the hot drill bits from the power drill used to bore a hole through my lock. Also he did not attempt to clean up any of the metal pieces that flew everywhere. I was also disappointed at the price I had to pay. I didn't realize the charge would be that high.

Hi Pamela, We don't have Jacob here at Locksmith Men and we never had a person worked for us named Jacob, Last time you used us was August 30, 2019 and we didn't drill your door. We always cleanup and we never damaged our customers property ever. I think you used locksmith recently and that wasn't us. If you can please 🙏 edit your review. Thanks ILIA
