LockerfoxReviews of lockerfox.com

Used to purchase a couple units. One unit I had the winning bid till click hit 0 and auction ended , even though I was high bid for 3 days , somehow someone else won it for amount I had in my proxy. The other time the storage facility said pay them , they were saying pay the facility after an hour of back and forth the employee said screw this and just opened the unit for me to clean it out ( was mostly a junk unit I only bid $10 on)

I won two auction lots today and couldn't reach the storage unit owner. I called the number listed in the listing and reached an AI chatbot that said no customer service agents were available. I also called Lockerfox, and they said I had 48 hours from when I paid, which is false. According to the listing, I have 48 hours from auction close to clean the unit. How can I do that if you use storage facilities that don't answer the phone? Lockerfox sucks and the storage unit/facility also sucks. Stay far far away from this company.

I'm going to have to agree with most of the reviews on here this is one star too many. This auction site is horrible worst customer service I've ever dealt with as far as auction sites go I bought and paid for a unit the facility is refusing to allow me into the unit and refusing to refund me with out causing it to show as me not paying through the sight I contacted locker fox and informed them of the situation and the only thing the said that they would do is send a message to the facility and ask them to contact me the facility took my money sent me a receipt in someone else's name and won't send me a receipt with the correct name and won't let me access the unit and locker fox doesn't care at all. So if you want garbage units and facilities that take your money and commit fraud to steal money from you then go right ahead and use it but as far as this being a trusted or legitimate auction platform, this site is far from that don't expect anything more then a loss of money and frustration from locker fox because they are nothing but a scam

Locker Fox 🦊 is great I’ve been a buyer for about 4-5 years! I bid on low priced units and some I win and some I lose! Try it out for yourself!

I bid 9 units, 8 of.them were taken off supposedly because buyer paid. The last action I won for 460.00. I paid, 2 days later called and told me they were returning contents to the buyer. The buyer wanted to pay. What a scam, Missouri law is if you win and pay it's yours.

Well organized. Thank you

I enjoy getting units but I don't think it's far after I won one for them to take it from me

I won bids on three lockers at two different storage areas Eastpoint Detroit and Clinton Township. All three storage areas had literally stashed trash from other cleaned up units. This is an illegal scam.
