So I’m giving you a 1 star because: 1) I ordered these shoes and got an ETA of 2 weeks. 2) Then I got another ETA after the 2 weeks stating it’ll be another week or so. Not a big deal right?? 3) the shoes were paid off and I finally got them after 2.5 months of waiting. Honestly the customer service was horrible and didn’t really want to work on this issue. 4) I honestly will not order anything from this place again. Just poor management and customer service. Oh and the shoes were ordered as an 8.5 they fit like a 9.5-10.

I placed an order for a baseball sweatshirt on May 16 it is now June 27 and still haven't recieved it. I spoke to customer service and they said they were having trouble with the shipping company. They offered a refund but still haven't recieved it.

I didn’t get my order yet and you’re asking me to review my purchase. Unacceptable.

Ordered 1 month ago and have still not even received an email that it has shipped. Wanted it for Mother’s Day, hope I don’t waste my money.

I am now very pleased with the customer service I have received. The company did verify they have been replying, to my inquiries, however I was not receiving. We have now connected and the entire issue is resolved. Based on the service I received today, I would absolutely buy here again. And, the shoes look exactly like the pictures in the online order. Very well done!

Horrible company DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS. It is literally a circus. Finally got order after 2 months and was not even close to what I ordered. They do not tell you it comes from overseas when ordering and you have no way to contact them except email and never know when they will respond. Words cant express how disappointed I'm with this whole roller coaster ride I went through to get my order. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
