Come Back Tomorrow?
I made the 20-minute drive from Hidden Valley to drop off a couple of Amazon returns. I walked into the store at 4:30 PM and was the only customer. I was promptly told, "If you're here to drop off Amazon returns, we're not taking them because we're backlogged. You'll have to come back tomorrow." I didn't even get an apology. There were a couple of employees plus a uniformed UPS driver standing around idle. Advice to management: When you tell a customer to come back tomorrow, most don't. They go somewhere else.
