Judy Hull I’m extremely disappointed in you !!
I work out at Anytime Fitness in Murfreesboro Tn. I have trained with Carissa Peterson for 4 years now. She was nominated for best personal trainer (Ruthie’s) and was never notified that she had even made top 3 therefore she had no idea she should have planned on attending the gala. SHE WON!!
The reason she won is because her clients think she is the best and we all voted. All she got was an email with her name misspelled and a link to get her merchandise. It might not seem like that big of a deal to this company but it is to Carissa and to us. The ones that voted.
All I can say is shame on you Judy for forgetting to let her know she made top 3!!!

Events Acct Executive was responsible for notifying…
The Events Account Executive was responsible for notifying finalist about making the top 3 for the 2026 Community Choice Ruthies Awards this year. I found out the morning AFTER the gala that I had won. Never received a call from her, just an email where she spelt the club managers name AND my name wrong with a link on where I could buy merchandise. No explanation on what happened. No owning up to the mistake. Just a link where I could buy merch. A moment taken from me that I’ll potentially never have again.

This company tried to charge me 1,000$ three months after ignoring my emails
I tried to use this company to advertise my small business. It should have been my first red flag when I had to follow up two times before I heard from the representative I was placed with, but unfortunately I overlooked that. I eventually got a couple of quote from her and agreed to one of the package deals they offer. I agreed to the elite that was estimated at 700$. The gentlemen I worked with doing revisions reached out with drafts for my ad and I had giving revisions - the first time I gave revision most of my requests were over looked, the second time I asked for the same thing they did more of my requests but ignored some. (Also to clarify, I'm a graphic designer by trade and know everything I was asking to be revised was doable) but after the third time I asked for revisions I had to follow up and was told they went ahead and ran an unapproved ad. I never saw it in the digital or print of the newspaper nor did I confirm anything. (I have all the email chains to prove that) when I voiced these issues back in July they ignored me I followed up twice that month and never heard from them. Now in October they sent me an invoice for 950$ and two addition 14$ charges that I'm not sure what they are for. I don't know if any of my ads were ever run, if they were they just ran whatever they wanted without my approval and ignored any concerns I brought up about it.

I advertised with Anabel on Localiq for…
I advertised with Anabel on Localiq for four years and received excellent service. I stayed with them for four years, something I've never done with other companies. But since Anabel left, it hasn't been the same. Diana was handling my account, and for a month I didn't receive my advertising properly. She never had time to help me because she was always busy. So I decided to cancel my services with this company. It seems like they don't care about their customers. It's a shame because I was very happy with Anabel's service.

Local IQ sold me a bill of goods and continuously failed at delivering
My experience with LocaliQ was extremely disappointing. I hired them in July after pressuring me to spend 3x my budget. In our first meeting they told me the business they generate will more than pay for their services. Come October their advertising generated zero business and less than a handful of meaningful leads for my small business. When I raised concerns, the proposed solutions often involved spending more or buying additional services. I hired them to take a huge responsibility off my plate and instead I had to learn more about google ads than I ever intended to.
Throughout the entire process I had to constantly be on top of what they were doing and correct several issues that a professional marketing company should have had taken care of from day one.
I sent a cancellation email outlining my concerns and received no response addressing them—just a link to an invoice portal showing a roughly $4,500 balance. I had never been notified that my automatic ACH payments weren’t going through and I wasn’t given the invoicing link to stay on top of it until after I fired them.
Between the poor results, repeated upselling, and lack of communication about billing, I can’t recommend them to other small business owners.

$12,000 Spent for 5 Poor-Quality Leads
We hired LocaliQ to manage advertising for our real estate investment company, and M*****l R***er was our LocaliQ representative throughout the engagement. After spending approximately $12,000, the campaign generated only five leads.
Those five leads were poor quality and resulted in zero appointments, zero conversions, and zero revenue. This was not a lead follow-up or sales issue. The campaign simply failed to generate qualified opportunities.
These were straightforward “we buy houses” advertisements, but the campaign was poorly executed from the start. More concerning, LocaliQ launched a PPC campaign without our approval or giving us an opportunity to review it beforehand. When we later reviewed the campaign, we found that it had been structured more like advertising for a traditional real estate agent than for a real estate investor. The keywords and targeting did not accurately reflect our business or the customers we were trying to reach.
LocaliQ eventually offered a reimbursement of $2,470.13 after acknowledging that the campaign was not producing and that they could not determine why. That still leaves approximately $9,500 in advertising spend that produced absolutely no return, along with nearly six months of wasted time.
The difference became even clearer after we switched to another PPC company. Our cost per lead dropped from roughly $3,500 with LocaliQ to approximately $150 per lead with the new provider, using the same basic “we buy houses” business model.
That comparison makes it difficult to attribute LocaliQ’s results to the market, our business, or our follow-up process. Five poor-quality leads, zero appointments, zero conversions, and zero revenue from approximately $12,000 in spend points to a marketing and campaign-management failure.
We have asked LocaliQ for a more reasonable reimbursement. If LocaliQ and M*****l R***er make a meaningful effort to address the financial loss caused by the failed campaign, we are willing to update this review to reflect that resolution. At this point, however, a reimbursement of $2,470.13 does not reasonably address approximately $12,000 in spend, no return whatsoever, and nearly half a year lost.

Worst Marketing group I have worked…
Worst Marketing group I have worked with in 8 years of business. They charge a premium and promise you the world. Their techniques and strategies are all sizzle. Find a different group. Spent over 5,000 on nothing

We’re sorry to hear this was your experience.
We see that your campaign ended in November 2025. Since then, we’ve made meaningful improvements in areas mentioned to address gaps in execution and clarity.
That said, we take this seriously and your feedback helps us better support our clients. We’d appreciate the opportunity to review your campaign and make it right. We’ll follow up directly.
